Product Introduction

Aeration membrane is made of EPDM/Silicone/TPU material.

The membrane fits firmly against the support tube. There are micro pores on the membrane, and the special perforation method on the surface of the membrane can not only maintain the diameter of the bubbles discharged from the aerator at about 2mm, but also reduce the resistance loss of the aerator relatively.

The opening of the membrane is designed to be a self-closing structure. When the aeration is stopped, the air hole will be sealed and closed under the action of water pressure, which can effectively prevent the back flow of sewage.

Comparison between EPDM/Silicon:

  1. Price: The raw material cost of EPDM is lower than that of Silicon membrane.

Working Principle

When the product is inflated with air, it is compressed by the gas, and the micro pores on the membrane expand by themselves to fill the pool with oxygen, and the air bubbles become smaller after the micro pores are cut. The size of the bubbles can be adjusted with the increase or decrease of the air volume, so as to obtain a better oxygenation effect. When the aeration stops, the aerator membrane has a self-closing function, the micro pores on the membrane will close by itself, and the sewage will not enter the aerator system, and the smooth surface of the membrane can prevent sludge from clogging , After stopping the aeration for a long time, it can still aerate normally.

Gas distribution performance: ensure that the air flow is evenly distributed on the entire surface, and the number and size of holes on the membrane fully meet the requirements of oxygenation performance.
